Advisory Committee

This committee is organize to give advice and suggestion to the Board of director in which one member is nominated by the government from each division who ahs sufficient information about Khadi and Village Industry and is attached to Khadi and Village Industry for 10 years.

Khadi Rebate Payment Society

This committee gives advice and suggestions to resolve the problems related to rebate on Khadi and smooth payment.

District Level Selection Committee

Members are nominated in this committee by the government as per details below:

• District Magistrate
• Regional Village Industry Officer
• Lead District Manager of Bank
• District Manager, NABARD
• Concerned District Village Industry Officer
• General Manager, District Industry Center of concerned district This committee forwards the loan application of the selected entrepreneur at district level under self-employment scheme implemented by the Board. During the meeting of above committee, presence of persons other than the members of committee is not permitted but the records of meeting proceedings can be made available to general people. Khadi sale rebate committee is organized under the chairmanship of Secretary, Khadi and Village Industry, U.P. by government order in which in addition to representative of government, representatives from institutions doing excellent work in khadi production are also nominated as member. The committee review, supervise and monitor the amount paid by the board as rebate on sale of khadi to khadi institutions.
