Acts and Regulations

• 1.) U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Act 1960, as amended in 2008
• 2.) Rules were framed for the implementation of various provisions of the Act under the U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Rules on March 17, 1962.
• 3.) Government Order No. 2508 dated March 20, 1968, through which all benefits were extended to Board employees on par with State Government employees.
• 4.) Regulations (Parliamentary) framed in March 1967 under Section-37.
• 5.) Provisions were made for handling establishment matters related to various cadres of the Board under the U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Interim Service Regulations dated June 1, 1973.
• 6.) U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Advance Regulations dated October 10, 1974, under Section-37.
• 7.) U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Foreign Service Regulations 1974.
• 8.) U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Employees Medical Attendance Regulations dated December 14, 1974.
• 9.) U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Employees Fundamental Regulations 1975.
• 10.) Provisions for matters related to pension and provident fund for Board employees were established under the U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Pension Commutation, Gratuity, and General Provident Fund Rules 1989.
• 11.) U.P. Khadi and Village Industries Board Personnel Service Regulations (Group "A", "B", "C", and "D") 2005.
