Facilities Available

Following arrangement has been made for effective implementation of right to Information under Right to Information Act-2005:-

• 1.) District Village Industry Officer-District level Assistant Public Information Officer
• 2.) Regional Village Industry Officer-First Appellate Officer
• 3.) Head Office level Public Information Officer
• 4.) Head Office level Appellate Officer-Chief Executive officer
• 5.) 5Head office/Government level Final Appellate Officer

Against the order passed by District level Assistant Public Information Officer, appeal can be made before Regional Officer (First Appellate Officer) in prescribed manner who will decide in definite time period.

Against the order passed by Regional Officer, appeal can be made before Head office level (Second Appellate Officer) who will be Joint Chief Executive officer (Personnel). He will dispose off the appeal in definite time period.

Against the order passed by Second Appellate Officer, appeal can be made before the state government. Presently, Special Secretary, Khadi and Village Industry, GOUP has been nominated as final appellate officer.
